Mobile Engine Testing Application (META)

Florida Tech's Mobile Engine Testing Application (META) trailer was designed for the testing of liquid and solid rocket engines. As a volunteer on this team, I was tasked with creating an adaptor for that years liquid rocket engine to mate with the trailer itself. I designed, iterated, modeled, and manufactured the adaptor from start to finish. The design of the engine and its components were changed and updated throughout my time working on this project, so an important part of the process was to create assemblies to ensure all pieces still fit together. If they did not, then I made changes to my design.
